For most projects, we're booking 6–12 weeks out. Larger additions sometimes more. Tell us your target timeline.
Usually yes. For kitchen gut jobs we'll set up a temporary kitchen. For additions we stage to keep most of the house usable.
Every time. It's part of the scope. You won't touch city hall or a utility company for any of it.
Design is included in every build. Our designers are on our team, working hand-in-hand with the project lead.
Five years on workmanship on every project. Manufacturer warranties apply to products (usually 1–lifetime depending on item).
